successfully challenging a Law Society decision to intervene in a solicitors’ practice
successfully acting for a solicitor in disciplinary proceedings on a money laundering complaint relating to client account transfers of sums exceeding £10 million
obtaining the reversal of an Adjudicator’s decision to severely reprimand a solicitor for breach of confidentiality
obtaining the reinstatement of a practising certificate with conditions permitting a solicitor to continue to work notwithstanding the intervention of his practice
successfully pursuing an appeal before the Master of the Rolls against a decision of a Law Society Adjudicator to refuse to issue a solicitor with a practising certificate
Three partners are specialists in this work. Two of those partners are members of the Solicitors Assistance Scheme. The third is a licensed insolvency practitioner with a particular specialism in advising solicitors with financial problems.
