Michaela Nicholas

Formerly of RadcliffesLeBrasseur, Michaela is a Partner in the health sector team. She brings a unique skill and expertise to clients as a former intensive care nurse at Guys Hospital.

Michaela has 21 years of experience in the healthcare sector specialising in clinical negligence claims against doctors, dentists and podiatrists, and defending healthcare professionals (doctors, dentists, nurses and podiatrists) before their regulatory bodies (GDC/NMC).

She is a former NHSLA panel solicitor and is instructed by two of the major medical defence organisations, insurers and as part of an insurance captive scheme.
