Biography

Formerly of RadcliffesLeBrasseur, Peter advises on corporate and corporate finance transactions of all different types and size. He acts for clients from a wide variety of market sectors. Peter’s clear commercial advice has won him the trust and loyalty of his clients.

Peter provides specialist advice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements, venture capital, corporate finance and fundraising, lending arrangements, company formation, partnerships and commercial contracts.

Peter’s experience includes:

  • handling various $ multi-million M&A and other commercial matters for an overseas telecommunications group
  • advising on the £60m purchase of a Championship football club
  • advising on the $60m sale of a manufacturing company
  • handling the £50m sale and re-financing of a London hotel
  • acting on the $40m buyback of shares in a manufacturing company
  • advising on the sale of a Texan oil-related business on behalf of a Swiss holding company
  • advising on the £30m refinancing/sale of a care homes group
  • advising on the £23m sale of a distribution company
  • handling the £18m sale of an internet retail company
  • advising on the £17.5m sale of a health club group
  • advising Far Eastern investors on the £12m acquisition of a property-holding company
  • handling the £5m acquisition of a care homes group
  • advising a US client on the purchase of a UK marketing consultancy business
  • advising on the merger of two private schools
  • acting for a UK software company in the £3m issue of shares to a US venture capital fund
