Gender pay gap regulations
The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap) Regulations 2016 have finally been published. Employers with 250 or more employees will fall within the scope of the regulations.
This means these employers are required to publish difference in pay between men and women on their website and submit evidence of compliance to the Government annually.
