This comparative study compares the law in relevant European jurisdictions on unfair trading practices in commercial relationships in the agricultural and food supply chain. Countries reviewed in this study fall within the scope of the Directive (EU) 2019/633 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 and include: Belgium, England and Wales, France, Italy, The Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.
