Lucy is a Solicitor in our Family team, advising clients on a range of family law matters associated with divorce and civil partnership dissolution including financial disputes and arrangements for children, as well as pre and post-nuptial agreements.
Areas of Expertise
Lucy has assisted on a wide variety of cases at all stages of the court process in divorce and related financial proceedings, which have included cases involving freezing injunctions, complex company structures, overseas assets and challenging nuptial agreements. She also has experience in private children law matters including child arrangements and specific issues such as location and schooling.
Lucy trained with the firm and qualified in September 2021 after completing an extended seat in the Family team as well as seats in the Residential Property and Healthcare Professionals teams. Lucy studied History and Ancient History at Exeter University, graduating in 2016, before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at BPP University in London. Prior to starting her training contract she worked as a Dispute Resolution Paralegal in a Silver Circle firm, assisting with high-profile fraud and competition law cases.
