Peter is a Partner and Head of M&A, advising on corporate and corporate finance transactions of all different types and size. He acts for clients from a wide variety of market sectors. Peter’s clear commercial advice has won him the trust and loyalty of his clients.

  • advising on the sale of a Texan oil-related business on behalf of a Swiss holding company
  • advising on the £30m refinancing/sale of a care homes group
  • advising on the £23m sale of a distribution company
  • handling the £18m sale of an internet retail company
