General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
The General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) is responsible for the regulation of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians and has the power to impose restrictions on the practise of registrants.
We can assist you throughout this difficult process and help to achieve the appropriate balance between prompt resolution and protecting your registration.
Registrants may be suspended from practise or have conditions imposed on their registration, as an interim measure, whilst investigations are ongoing. At the end of a fitness to practise hearing, a registrant may lose their entitlement to practice.
We can assist with:
- Appeals Committee hearings
- Fitness to practise committee hearings
- Initial responses to a complaint
- Interim orders hearings
- Investigation Committee hearings
